I am surprised I found one with no cut outs! For an item that’s been in the mail and passed around it’s in surprisingly great condition! You can see where someone held it tight and crinkled the item. I would call this more of a flyer but found no category like that, it’s four pages. See pictures, thanks for looking!

I reserve the right to considered condition (grade) of the magazine. I do the best I can to call it like I see it and everyone has a different opinion. Since I have been doing this for over 50 years I think I have a fair idea of condition!
