New in box. The glue does appear to have crumbled off/dried out on the one arm that is connected to the back of the chair. See photo 6. However, it does not affect the functionality of the chair and the rest of the paint looks great.
Unfortunately I cannot offer combine shipping for this item is already boxed up and ready for shipping.
