There are hard wood feet on the bottom to raise it off the ground to prevent damage to the wood

This is hand made from decking wood and timber. The base is made of decking and covered with a DPC layer for waterproofing to stop rotting of the wood over time and the roof retracts to form two benches for your children to sit on

E.g. 1.5mx1.5m is perfect for X4 3 year olds to play in. I recommend 100kg of play sand for this size

Completely built from scratch and made to order. I can make custom sizes outside of what I have advertised in the variations at an extra cost. Prices confirmed once sizes have been provided. I can increase or lower the height too with more or less decking planks. This is literally a custom build to your spec.

The item has an 8 week delivery time due to stock issues currently but every effort will be made to deliver earlier if possible. 

The price is for a flat packed sand pit which you build yourself with instructions (think IKEA) If you would like me to build the pit on delivery this will cost an extra £250 to be paid on job completion on the day.

The unit itself weights around 50kg without sand, so please take this into consideration.
