He comes from one of the Fellowship Of The Ring 9 figure Deluxe Gift Pack released in 2002.

Overall excellent condition other than a dark paint line on his forehead from his hat, arm raising action feature works, left wrist is loose, all other joints are tight, no paint wear other than his forehead, hat fits loosely on his head unless you push down hard (which is what caused the paint line), the batteries are dead so I'm not sure if his light-up feature works but they rarely do on this figure (requires 2 LR44 button cell batteries that go in his left wrist), cloth cape has some fibers on it but is in excellent condition with no stains or tears.
