This is a great book with over 7500 treasures hunting locations in all 50 States! It's in Good++ or better Condition! No ripped, bent or missing pages. The binding is tight and the pages are nice! No writing or markings inside. Front cover tends to want to lift at one corner but it could probably be corrected by laying it flat and putting something heavy on it! The covers look good otherwise! Comes from a Pet/Smoke free home. Lots of life left! It could come in very handy!
