Our Universal Fit tire is designed to fit 4 cubic foot wheelbarrows and other residential wheelbarrows & Carts.
Installation Instruction
- Remove the old tire from a wheelbarrow. Start by removing one or both axle brackets.M
- easure the hub length of the old tire with a tape measure through the axle hole. Calculate the length of spacers needed.M
- easure the axle diameter with the existing axle. If the axle is too big, check the including 3/4" bearings.I
- f 3/4" bearings fit then remove the 5/8" bearings by hitting a screwdriver from the backside of the bearing. Locate the screwdriver in different quadrants to reduce the binding of the bearing.
- Insert a new bearing (if necessary) by placing a block of wood on top of the bushing and hitting the block with a hammer (the block protects the bushing)I
- nstall tire onto equipment. Install axle through hub and add spacers (if necessary) and re-attach axle brackets.
