All of my games are 100% authentic licensed US NTSC Releases. Please review my description & pictures below closely for a clear idea of condition. *Please note, these games are being sold as rare sealed collectibles not to be opened or used.

Game & Condition:

For sale is an iconic The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion 5th Anniversary Edition STEELBOOK game for the XBOX 360 released back in 2007. An absolute must own for any serious game collector!

• This game is BRAND-NEW & FACTORY SEALED!

• The outer plastic slipcover shows visible surface wear including scuffs and scratches mostly on the back (shown below). There are also a few dot sized dings on the back left and right edges of the slipcover you can feel with your finger, I was able to photograph a few of these below. There are no dents or damage to the steelbook game case.
  
  
• The game disc is in place, not loose. The UPC is clean.
  
  
• The seal on the top & bottom of the game are firmly in place, the bottom one is very slightly pushed on the left side (pictured below).
  
  
• OFFICAL US NTSC RELEASE.
