General information on our Store, products shipping and more
OUR HOME:
We do have a smoke free home, sometimes we pick up items from Estate Sales and we don’t know the previous history. I try to give everything a sniff test and make note of odors in the description. However you may be more sensitive to odors, if you are sensitive to smells feel free to ask me more questions about the item prior to purchase.
Please note we do own indoor pets. We do not store our merchandise where our pets are, however if you have severe allergies you may wish to have textiles laundered or merchandise cleaned before using.
We strive to be as descriptive as possible and provide lots of pictures. We purchase new packing supplies and reuse old packaging materials if they are clean. We buy our bubble wrap and don’t skimp on packaging materials. My number one goal is for your purchase to make it to you safely!
SHIPPING:
I’m happy to combine shipping on multiple items if I can. Please feel free to message me for more information on shipping multiple items. If you purchase multiple items I will refund any overcharges once I pack them and get ready to ship. This may take a day or two. Feel free to message me as a reminder to refund any over charges. eBay has gotten better at combining shipping for buyers so there isn’t always a refund due.
I almost always ship within 24 to 48 hours of payment with the exception being items paid for Friday may not be shipped until Monday. Holidays may also effect shipping times. If you would like your items shipped sooner please message me, I can generally accommodate unless I’m out of town.
MAKING AN OFFER:
We do accept offers on some items. If the item has the “MAKE OFFER” button Please DO NOT change shipping conditions in your offer. Those offers will ALWAYS be declined. As it is very difficult to communicate that way. If you have a concern with shipping costs just shoot me a message to see if there are other options. Include your zip code.
In the event an item does not accept offers feel free to shoot us a message. If your offer is fair and we can accommodate I usually change the price and place the item on a 24 hold for you.
Please do not take it personal if we decline an offer.
If you are interested in one item in a lot or group, I don’t generally break up lots but feel free to ask! If I can accommodate I’m happy to do it.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
I spend a lot of time packaging our fragile items to ensure a safe delivery. We have a very low breakage rate. Should the unfortunate happen and your item is damaged please send me pictures of the damaged box and the item, as well as the packaging materials used.
LOST IN TRANSIT:
All of our items are shipped with tracking. We almost always use USPS. While they are extremely dependable sometimes they get busy during the holidays or backed up due to bad weather. Please be patient and feel free to contact us. If enough time has passed we can file a claim to find the package. However we have to go by the time USPS dictates which can be up to 15 “working” days. All of our packages are trackable. Just because an item isn’t moving doesn’t mean it won’t make it to you. Sometimes boxes don’t get scanned at a couple facilities and it looks like the box is lost, however the box is still moving just not being scanned.
If you need an item quickly PLEASE SELECT PRIORITY MAIL. It’s much more reliable for quickness. On many of our items there are different carrier options. To find these options place the item in your cart. There should be an arrow near shipping, click on that button and you will see your options.
I can ship both Fed Ex and UPS. We recently had drop off centers open up near us. If you prefer either of these options but don’t see it available on the listing please feel free to message and ask if I can add that service
All items are now insured with an automatic $100. If you purchase something more expensive than $100 I purchase additional insurance at my own expense.
RETURNS:
In the event you are unhappy with your purchase I do accept returns. Im sorry I don’t do partial returns. Items need to be returned in full and in the same condition sent. I try my best to be accurate in my descriptions, on a rare occasion I may miss something. Please shoot me a message and I will walk you through the return process.
