Gurjun Balsam oil is a member of the Dipterocarpaceae family. This oil is fresh, woody and spicy. It is classed as a middle note and blends well with camphoraceous, citrus, earthy, floral, herby, minty, spicy and woodsy oils. 

Gurjun Balsam is packed full of antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help improve respiratory and skin health. Its scent is also known to help with stress and anxiety-related issues.

Essential oils can be applied topically once diluted with a carrier oil. They are widely used in cosmetic goods and handmade crafts.
