About the shrink wrap:  two breathe holes at the lower 1/4 of the front cover, one on the left and one on the right; no breaks to the shrink other than the hole-punch areas, save for a tiny-tiny bit at the right lower corner front.

The VG+ grade we're giving the cover is ONLY due to the hole punch.  It's in wonderful shape, otherwise. No storage odors!
