This work is a Kuchi-e-  by Odake Kunikazu.   Kuchi-e prints are frontispieces of book or magazines. They were bounded into the book's spine or inserted into literary magazines. The golden age of the Kuchi-e print is between 1895 and 1915.   This print represents a young man  with a psychedelic beauty .
