Absolutely not! All movies we sell on eBay are believed to be in the public domain in the U.S,, and are sold from one collector to another. No rights are given or implied. What we charge is the service of duplicating the disc, and of course our time in hunting down these rare titles in the best condition possible. If a particular title becomes commercially available via an established home video company, we must and will discontinue selling it immediately.
