I used to have a rover 25 streetwise 04 plate many years back, after a long drive it started to misfire, at first I thought it was the plugs so changed them, following that I bought a new BERU ignition coil from a local motor centre (just one) and tried that, the misfire still happened.

I then purchased a complete set of leads and coils that came from a rover 75 just so I could be completly sure it was not a lead or coil pack problem but the problem did not go away. In the end it was the head gasket that was failing and the car was scrapped and I saved some parts in case I got another Rover 25. I am clearing out everything hence these are for sale.

I am a private seller and have no means to test these now, but I think all will be working fine, but even if you assume 4 out of 5 will work then these are still probably cheap given one was bought new.

Will suit someone who works on Rovers or has a couple of these cars.

So what is included

1) The two original ones from my rover 25 street wise -, one is a Denso brand and the other is a SMPE brand

2) The new one I bought from the motor centre this is a BERU made in germany ZS 501 0040 100 501, as tested on the car, then sat in the garage for 5+ years.

3) The pair and leads I bought from a rover 75, both are BERU ZS 501 0040 100 501 (you can see these two have a white marking put on by the seller these were purchased from. As these are Rover 75 ones, the coil packs are identical to the 25 and 45 but the lead boots are a little longer on the flying lead (not on the coil pack one).
