This kit is ESSENTIAL for proper stable pedalling as it brings the cleats rearward an additional 14mm, one of the best adjustments you can make in bike fitting as it stabilises the foot, which in turn stabilises the knees, hips and pelvis. I’d recommend running the cleats as far rearward as possible.

NOTE: AN OPTIONAL EXTRA of 2 x bike fit Big Meat blue cleat wedges is available for £5 extra if required. Most people need one varus wedge under each cleat for stability, foot/knee/hip/pelvis alignment and injury prevention. These wedges are not Speedplay parts and are not included as standard.
