Totally brand new, sealed and boxed. Important note is that if sending internationally I will have to BY LAW open the box and fit the shaver into the power case with isolated terminals (due to battery shipping laws). I will also have to remove the cleaner cartridge as fluid is not allowed to be shipped internationally. So international buyers WILL NOT receive the cleaning fluid cartridge, you’ll have to source that locally.
