Typically 4X shirts measure high 20's and this one is 31" for that little extra you might be looking for. It has what we think is one small stain on the front, but it blends in with the gray pattern that is on the shirt. Depending on the light and if you're looking for it, it disappears most often that not and is not very noticeable. Pleas see the 2 identical pictures, one with an arrow pointing to the area and one without. Toggle back and forth and you will see what we mean. We took a few dollars off the price to make this an even better deal. Won't last long!
