Miss Avenue Black Dress S Midi Neoprene Scuba Waist Cutout Cocktail Party

This is a fun party/occasion dress that you can really wear any season - just add a stole for colder months.  It has a halter design and zips up the back at the bodice.  The skirt part has an elasticized waistband and you step into it.  The bodice is lined and the skirt is not.  There are cut-outs on the side and in the back, which is a fun surprise.  It is in very good, pre-owned condition and it is perfect for the holiday party season!  it is all one length at the bottom - it just hangs lower in the back on the hanger because of the waist cut-outs.

95% polyester, 5% spandex; lining - 100% polyester.  Hand wash cold.
