Bitsy doll from Moondreamers series by Hasbro, 1986.  5" doll, Star dress only (No shoes, tights, or headband).  Her hair is very curly and needs tamed.  Hair is supposed to glow in the dark, I did not test it.  She has the stars in her eyes.
