You are bidding on a complete Torah Scroll (Sefer Torah) "The 5 Books of Moses" Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers & Deuteronomy. handwritten by scribe style Ashkenaz script on Calf parchment. The Torah is complete with no missing sections. it is prized for its beauty and its beautiful writing In uniform writing along the scroll, The Parchment holds its ink and the letters are bright and clear throughout the scroll and easy to read. Signs of use and reasonable wear, worn letters and ink, signs of wear on the parchment. The Torah book considering its age is in good condition and will remain beautiful with proper care for hundreds of years. The individual pieces of parchment sheets are sewn together using a thread called giddin which is made from the leg sinews of a kosher animal. The Torah is not listed as kosher which does not effect the overall beauty of this Torah.

Included with the scroll comes a pair of wooden handles called "Atzai Chaim". The Torah has a (Parochet) cover made of blue velvet embroidered, Relatively new. The overall weight is 10 kg.

I do not sell the Torah as a kosher Torah, I sell the Torah as a Torah that is suitable for studies or dancing on holidays (Simchat Torah), and as a collectible item and an amazing museum !!!.
