You're looking at a 1965 Blenko design by Joel Myers--the 657-M glass decanter in RARE 1965-only CHESTNUT. And if there's a more spectacularly rich and complex example of Blenko's 1965-only CHESTNUT, I've yet to enounter it--this thick sparkling crackle glass decanter embodies the best of what CHESTNUT has to offer--deep rich dark tones with a strong amethyst undercurrent.

The color in this rare beauty is awesome--I cannot see anything on the interior walls even through strong direct light.

DIMENSIONS: ~14" tall × 6" at its widest diameter

CONDITION: Excellent, occasional bubble or embedded ash bit, minor slice on stopper base (where it fits into the neck) is irrelevant to the piece. Minor superficial wear to bottom from age and use. No chips, cracks, or repairs. Please see photographs.
