This listing is for a set of Steiner Predator 8x42 binoculars.  They have the neck strap and come in the original case.  They also include the original user manual.  They are the model manufactured between 1990 and 2006.

I tested the nitrogen-filled lens by refrigerating the binoculars for a while. Couldn't see any hazing or fog

According to the manufacturer's website, any product produced before 2014 goes by the manual described warranty. According to the manual, you would have had to register the binoculars when purchased with the original receipt.
