1957 Martin D-18

Mah*gany back and sides, spruce top.
Typical 50s V profile mah*gany neck with a nice r*sewood fingerboard.
The frets are in good condition overall and show minimal sign of pitting and wear.
R*sewood bridge and bone saddle.
Kluson deluxe tuners. The guitar has been played and shows wear.
There is a repaired split on the top lower bout, it is professionally repaired and solid.
The guitar has a had a pickup system previously installed and the back strap pin hole has been enlarged to accommodate the jack output.
A new pickup system of your preference can be installed at cost.
The nut width is 42mm. The guitar weighs 4.37 LB or 1.98Kg.
This guitar does play incredibly well, the action is on the low side and tonally is very nice.
Possibly one of the nicest 50s D18 we have had in a while.

Please refer to the images for the overall condition, as mentioned there is a fair bit of playing wear, which ultimately it is a good sign as good guitars do tend to get played a lot.

Comes with a later Martin moulded hardshell case.
