The tongue has been cut. This is a normal thing to do on this model. Shoes are pre-owned/used condition. May have some scuffs, marks, and small stains from wear. Please view pictures to see the condition of these shoes. 

I spray a deodorizing spray in all my shoes before selling as well as give them a general cleaning.
