This auction is for a ESP LTD M-252 body and neck with electronics.  This guitar body and neck are in great functional shape.  I played this guitar before it was disassembled.  It plays like butta.  Very good action and a straight neck.  The truss rod has been checked out.  It is in great shape and functions properly.  The truss rod allen head socket is also in good shape.

The body and neck both have signs of use.  I would not hesitate to build up a guitar using this husk if I didn't already have several guitars like this one.  The neck has a beautiful dark rosewood fretboard and mother of pearl arrow inlays.  This is a later or higer end model of the M-252.  The maple back of the neck has definite signs of use and some wear.  But it is smooth to play.  The machine heads and Floyd locking nut are all in great shape.

The body is in overall good shape and the charcoal metalflake paint job still looks great.  I have done some very minor touchups around the edges of the guitar, but it is in overall great shape.  It does have one divot at the bottom front of the guitar near the output jack.  I have touched that up with a matching color.

I replaced the foam in the Floyd cavity.  There is a metal plate in the Floyd cutout that stiffens the Floyd mount.  I assume that this was stock on this guitar.  The original electronics are still in the guitar, along with the two dome knobs.  The output jack is still in the guitar as well.  Only the pickups were removed - all other electronics were left as-is.  The two screws for the middle pickup are screwed into the middle pickup location.

As it sits now, this husk (body + neck) weighs in at 5 lbs.

This is a great base for a shredder project.  I would love to keep it and build it up, but I have to let it go.

This auction is a no-reserve auction with a 99 cent minimum bid!

Buyer pays winning bid price plus actual shipping cost.  The neck will be removed from the body for shipping.
