PAYMENT: I accept payment via Paypal, Cheque, UK Postal Order, or Cash in person (for collected goods only). For cheque payments, items will be dispatched after funds clear.

POSTAGE & PACKING: To keep p&p costs down, I will post items via 2nd Class economy mail. '1st Class' / 'Recorded' can also be made available - please let me know before payment and a revised invoice will be issued incorporating the amended postage. Collection in person is also available, and combined postage discounts will be given for multiple purchases. I will even DELIVER for FREE anywhere in Luton and Dunstable, Bedfordshire.

To keep p&p costs down further, I try to use recycled packaging, passing the savings onto buyers. However, please be aware that I had to pay for this in the first place. I ALWAYS obtain Proof Of Posting, irrespective of whether it's 'Recorded/Signed For Delivery' or not. I endeavour to post all items within 24 hours, or the following Monday for weekend sales - updates will ALWAYS be provided in the event of a delay, and on dispatch.

RETURNS: Returns are accepted. However, buyer agrees to pay all associated shipping costs to return the item, which cannot be refunded. Additionally, the item must be returned in the exact condition as when first sold. If there is a problem with the item as a result of my own fault, I agree to pay for return postage when the item is sent back.
