Very good used condition: There is a small chip to the back edge near the top. No cracks, scratches, or repairs. The mirror is not cloudy-- in some photos it is reflecting the silver interior of the light box. Please see photos to assess condition.

This measures roughly:  5.25" diameter x .5" thick.  The mirror is about 3" diameter.
