Maxi-slim cases to shows scuffs/scratches/blemishes/cracks.  The CD Single J-Cards show areas of wear/marks, creases/indents, corner/edge wear, fingerprints/smudges, rippling, staining/discoloration, stale smell.  Please see pictures for some examples of condition.  The discs show varying degrees of surface marks/scratches & fingerprints/smudges (on both sides) but nothing that impacts play.  All discs have been tested and they played perfectly.
