One lamp is missing the top knob on the shade. The other is missing the bottom cover panel. It is not noticeable when using nor does it affect its working capability. You can easily purchase the top part on ebay as well for less than 10 $...Both are in excellent working condition. No cracks but 2 panels have minor chipping in the corner. Please refer to pics for details!

Stand around 23 inches tall and base diameter around 7 inches.  Shade is about 15 diameter wide!
