Here is a Bentley hub cap in good condition.

It has minor scuffs in one area on its outer rim as pictured, not the deepest so I'm sure it could be buffed out or just left as it's hard to spot unless under the correct lighting.

No rust or deep scratches otherwise, just some dirt and road grime.

Outer rim also has a couple of tiny spots where it has been dented by someone previously leveraging the cap off (also shown in photos). These also very easily bent back into form and honestly a minor defect.
