The not so small print! - Please read

• All of our listings are always auctions and start at 99p or less.
• We have now been enrolled on the new payment system managed by Ebay, however please be assured we still accept Cheques (drawn on a UK bank), Postal Orders, and payments also by BACS and IBAN transfer.
• Most of our items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class, and we always obtain proof of postage. On some occasions we will vary postage eg 2nd Class parcels over 1kg, generally to keep the postage costs as low as possible for you.
• Unfortunately we have had to revise some of our postage prices inline with the new Royal Mail price list dating the 4th April 2022. - Some increases, notably in UK are seen, with much of overseas remaining unchanged.
  
• Packages to Portugal, Hungary and Israel will always be sent on tracked and signed for service, due to previous issues with the postal services in these countries. There is no exception to this and charges will be made in line with Royal Mail pricing.
  
• All Lots over 2KG generally will be sent via courier in the UK with carriers such as UPS, DPD etc. For overseas generally parcels to the weight of 3Kg are cheaper with Royal Mail. Thereafter courier.
  
• We add approximately 20p to the cost of postage, which assists us with the cost of packaging. All stamp lots will be sent securely packed with card to protect them.
  
• At Tommy's Trezures we want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not satisfied, please give us the opportunity to rectify any problems by contacting us in the first instance, before opening cases, as this can be time consuming for both parties. Generally we will always refund in the event of dissatisfaction and our errors.
  
• Returns are accepted - Please see our returns policy.
  
• Postage discounts apply for multiple purchases, where possible, within Royal Mails pricing structures. Please wait for us to invoice you. box.
• We would appreciate payment within 48 hours of auctions ending. However if you wish to delay your payment because of other items listed please advise us. We are happy to hold items in order to reduce postage costs.
• All items with a closing price of £35 or over will be sent UK Signed for. This will incur an additional £1.20 to postage (the cost from Royal Mail). If you do not wish not to pay this please advise, however item will be sent at your own risk. For overseas customers please contact us as charges from Royal Mail are in the region of £4.00 for tracking and signed for services.
• We would like to remind all buyers, that any customs duty, charges made in your country are your responsibility, we have no control over this.
