NOS 1946 to 1958 Packard TISSUE DISPENSER. Wonderful chrome faced dispenser with the Packard Coat of Arms medallion. Pivots out from underneath the dash for tissue and back again when not in use. Beautiful paint,shiny chrome. Minor shelf/storage wear. Great looking and will come in handy in all years and models of Packard cars for personal grooming or for a quick clean up of a spill.
