- Delivery estimate is an ESTIMATE only of when the item should arrive, not a guarantee. Please allow plenty of time. Delays will occur if you are late providing the details.
- Any mistakes in your wording will be NON refundable.
- Working days are Monday-Friday, I do not work weekends.
- Please allow plenty of time for messages to be answered - I do not sit at my laptop 24/7, so do not expect a reply within minutes.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders are non refundable after 24 hours, or after your sample has been prepared (which ever is sooner) NO EXCEPTIONS.
