How to use

Apply to your brows starting at the inner edge and working outward. Use short upward strokes in the direction of the hair growth.

Please note: This formula appears more vibrant when wet and will dry to a natural finish.

For a more defined brow, fill in brows with your shade of Mineralist Micro-Defining Brow Pencil.
