Used but in good condition.  

The connector shown in the last picture has bent and twisted pins and so that connector would probably need to be replaced.  At the time of this listing, I have a quantity of these and so you may not receive the exact one shown in the pictures, but they are all in identical condition and have the twisted pins on the one connector.  

The gear motor looks to me like it is for a 1/2" shaft or possibly 9/16".  I don't have calipers to get an exact measurement.
