Vintage/Retro - Bar/Beer/Drink Coaster - Asia Hotels - Bangkok & Pattaya City, Thailand - 1970/80s

While doing a tidy up I came across a few ziplock bags of Drink Coasters. This is one of them.

This is from the 1970’s to 1980’s. Apart from the look, a few of the coasters I found in the bags have dates on them from this era.

This is in ordinary condition. The main problem is the back. You see the person who owned these stuck them in a scrapbook for display. Fair Enough. Then another annoying person (not naming names, ha ha) decided to rip them out of the said scrapbook and put them in a zip lock bag. Completely ruining the back. Not so much of an issue for the single side coaster, but a massive issue for the double sided coaster.

Anyway as a result there are plenty of signs of use on this coaster. There are rips, sticky tape marks, yellowing, scuff marks, creases, worn edges, stains, marks and heap of signs of general wear.

If you just want this for something interesting to look at them this is fine, but if you are a collector then think strongly about this.
