Size (approx..):24cm tall x 16.7cm wide (feet) x  10cm deep (feet)

Condition:  plastic is worn, especially at the edges. Looks like it should have curly finials on the top which are not complete, 

No glass in front of the face(no evidence that there should be).

Looks like it needs a pendulum and key (both missing)

  I have used my skeleton key (not included) and it winds nice and smoothly but the clock doesn't start
