This is very important to read because there’s information regarding what I see about this guitar.

I am not a guitar expert at all. I know nothing about guitars. This could be to your great advantage because if this is a Slingerland guitar, it would be pretty rare, but there is no guarantees this guitar is made by Slingerland… And I know nothing.

There are three parts that are marked Slingerland. They look like the rear brackets, which two of them were found with the guitar and something with, a switch that moves the strings back-and-forth… Kind of like a whammy bar, but I don’t know what it is.

This guitar is completely disassembled. It doesn’t come with any of the little screws or the bolts that hold the neck on. Those are not found with the guitar. It is also unlabeled so that’s a problem for me because there’s no way I recognize this specific guitars brand . It looks like some kind of fender design from the 50s, but I don’t know.

Even the plastic part isn’t bolted down and I’ll show you that in the pictures front and back. That’s plastic is off-white and color and it has a small flaw near the volume control that I will point to in the pictures

I drew a picture of the guitar to show little things that I saw along the way so make sure you look at that picture. Read everything. I’m looking for anything and everything I could see.

There’s a little gouge where the back bracket would go, but the bracket would hide it . I’ll show you that in the pictures.

The tuners are not screwed down. When I found it, they were out of the neck and I wanted to make sure they fit it and they fit. Those are as found unknown. Sold by a non-expert.

The volume control and the other tone control, spin freely and nicely and the switches all move. However, those are as is as found untested. Also, the pick ups are untested as is.

It comes with the case that it was found in and I would say it is fairly decent with, a little bit of restoration needed to the case. The top of the case has a rip that I will point to in the pictures. But I think the case is totally cool, especially if it is the original case which I don’t know.

That’s everything I could think of and I really try to cover all the Bases but again, I am not an expert at all. I’m good at selling items and describing what I see and I see something that looks like a good restoration project. The switches look totally vintage, and the color of the plastic is patina and the volume control looks cool like an old guitar would. It looks way cool but what do I know?

So here’s the bottom line… I’m going to pack this with care and keep everything tight and this is going to take about an hour to pack this guitar as light and tight safe, so please bid according to everything I said. I’m careful to tell you that it is sold by a non-expert… Unknown guitar brand with as pictured parts missing screws and bolts. Untested electronics will need restoration. Completely disassembled. So please, no returns and I certainly do not offer partial refunds, so please bid accordingly. A lot of work will go into getting this to you safely. Much appreciation.

So that’s it… Any questions or comments please feel free to reach out. I took a couple of days off of listing items and I’m back at it so fresh is on its way so check out my store. It’s already loaded with fresh, but I got the coolest stuff coming. All kinds of interesting items sitting in front of me ready to go. I think you’ll like what I have coming. Thanks, John.
