This piece of Denby serving ware have both a mid century modernist & rustic look, with earth tones and textured surface.  The pattern is “Cotswold Acorn”. The exteriors are in tones of brown, with the darker sections textured in a dimpled pattern.  It was this textured exterior that made stand out among other 1970s designs.

This design was produced from 1973 to 1984 as part of the company's Country Fayre Collection. Denby Pottery was founded at Denby, Derbyshire in the early 19th Century.   It is stamped 'Denby Made in England'.

This creamer / small jug holds 175 ml, weighs 220 g, and measures 10 cm in length (from spout to handle) and 9 cm in height.

It is in excellent vintage condition, with minimal signs of use and no chips or cracks. There are the production imperfections common to the time of manufacture, such as tiny indentations to the smooth surfaces.
