This is a really neat new action figure, made by McFarlane for their run of Warhammer 40,000 (40K) figures. 

This particular figure is of a Necron Flayed One. This is the unpainted "artist proof" variant, ready for customizing. It is about 7 inches tall. 

The packaging is still sealed and in fairly good condition. There's some scuffing on the plastic cover and the inner shell is dented on the top left corner (pictures #3, #4 and #5). The top of the packaging is a little curled over (picture #6). There are a few small machine marks on the back (pictures #9 and #10).
