Fantastic 2005 Martin Mike Longworth D45 released as a commemorative model in a super limited run of 91 guitars, the same as the 91 pre-war originally produced.
This one is number 78 of the 91 produced.
This guitar combines an Adirondack spruce top with East Indian r*sewood back and sides, along with golden era style scalloped bracing and the dreadnought body shape.
Perfectly balanced tone of a pre-war D45, with a tight low end response and crystal clear highs.
Finished with lots of period correct pre war features which include the snowflake fret inlays, the abalone rosette and the open back Waverley butterbean machine heads.
