  • Obverse: Sasanian style King's bust facing right, Pahlavi legends GDH APZWT (may his glory/splendor increase/grow) behind and UbaidAllah Y Ziyatan in front of the bust, Bism Allah in Kufic (Arabic) followed by three pellets in the outer margin to the right
  • Reverse: Zoroastrian Fire Altar flanked by two attendants, Mint Signature BCLA (Basra) in Pahlavi preceded by a pellet to their right and the date 58 AH in Pahlavi HShTPWChA corresponding to 678 CE.

He was a general in Battle of Karbala (680); Battle of Khazir (686)
