Very rare SIGNED CKY 4 dvd.

This is a 3rd release issue that contains all the uncut footage with the exception of a song that was replaced and the famous Bam and Jenn scene that was limited to 5000 copies.

As pictured this also features the famous Beastman / Skeletor skit that has long since been deleted from any editions of this episode.

This has been signed by Bam, Jess, Phil, April Novak and Frantz.
