Previously owned, but appears to have been used as decor only, no evidence it has ever been used or filled with any soaps or lotions. The pump action has been tested with water and works. The pump dispenser is chrome finish. About 6.5" long and 7.25" tall in excellent vintage shape, no chips or cracks or scratches. Will ship insured, well packaged and protected.
