This is a rare and difficult to source mine. Highly collectible and sought after. I have owned the rough for a long while but never sold it. Also called Blue Mountain, Easter Blue features vivid and haunting blue combinations coming out of the ribbons running through the ore but occasionally also it brief florets of spiderwebbed nodes. These samples feature more of the lovely matrix and turquoise rich host which boasts dramatic color and a rich textured look. But that true Easter Blue is always still there. Breathtaking!
The stone will take your breath away featuring a host of blues the shades of which aren't commonly seen. Vivid and bold, this stone has dramatic color changes instead of gradients which gradually fade into another hue. Such pretty turquoise. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have working with it.
Easter Blue is an old mine and I have no idea if it is producing any longer but don't believe so. Its in central NV in the Royston vicinity.
