The camera is in overall good cosmetic condition. There is some leatherette lifting up that needs gluing down. The battery compartment is clean. Please look at photos for condition.

With a fresh set of batteries, the shutter fires. I have video of the mirror flipping up as the shutter button is pressed accompanied by the wonderful clunking shutter sound of the Pentax 645N. I have tested it with some 645 AF lenses and the AF motor is not working. Not sure if the metering works.
