I usually wear a 9.5 in Lucchese but couldn't find Leila in that size and found these gently used so I gave it a shot - and I was surprised how well they fit - not doubt due to the long snip toe.  I never wore them - but again, bought them used - I just never found the right time and place to try them out so I'm selling them after storing them for years in my closet.  They are sincerely beautiful and in gently used condition.  There is scuffing to the soles and a few expected nicks in the leather (please see all photos!).  Overall still very good.
