This solid gold, clear cabochon moonstone ring from India was gifted to me in brand new condition.  It has never been worn, except to take the photo for the listing.  I just don't wear jewelry, so it has just been stored away unused.

It was recently appraised by a reputable jeweler with GIA credentials at a retail replacement value of $1,700 (Please see photo of appraisal).

The moonstone is about 2.25 CT and measures about 10 x 6.5 x 4.8 mm as indicated in the appraisal.

The band is 18K solid gold and feels very sturdy.  The test actually revealed a gold content that would be closer to 20K, but I guess for appraisal purposes they either rate it as 18K or 22K.  I am selling it as appraised at 18K.

The ring is size 5.5 (for me fits on my little finger), and weighs about 5.28 grams.

I have sold a few other high-end jewelry pieces on eBay before.  Please do take a look at my seller feedback for those items as well as others.  Let me know if you have any questions!

* I know the lighting in the photos is not the best.  I tried a few times, and I really don't know what camera settings or lighting situation to use.
