Out of the estate of a local Chinese collector.  
Buddha or Kwan-Yin Bust wearing a Necklace & Ornate Buddha Lotus Headdress.
Made of Hollow Bronze or Brass with a Dark Bronze Patina & Applied Gold Color.
With 4 Asian Characters or Signature Chop Mark on the back.
With Green Felt on the base.
Exact age unknown, possibly mid to mid-late 20th century (Vintage?).
Exact Origin unknown, the design looks Chinese but the marks do not.
Approx.  13.75" tall x 6.6" x 4.9"
10 pounds, 5.5 ounces.

Good overall condition:
With wear, patina losses, scratches, pits, oxidation & rust spots.
