These measurements are given just to help you get an idea of how this item might fit. I use the same mannequin for all sizes, so a size Medium or large may appear looser in the photos than how it will actually fit on a size M or L person.
CONDITION: FLAW: There are very faint light brown stains in multiple spots on the dress, front and back. I could not get them to show up in photos well, but I tried to point out where they are. Still great as a casual house dress, or project dress to use the beautiful hand-embroidery. Or stains may be removable. Embroidery in pretty good shape, only a couple stray threads. See photos.
