This piece is in good used condition with wear and rubs resulting is loss of pigment to the cover and spine. The cover corners and edges have bruising resulting in corner rounding with some bends and folds. The spine cover is worn at top and bottom and there is a 5/8" tear at the front bottom edge. When the book is closed the page edges have staining and discoloration. The book has a warp in the middle from the top to bottom. The pages are clean and crisp without tears but there are some light wrinkles at the spine on the first few pages. Pages 24-15 and 24-43 both have folds at the upper right corner. There are signs there were additional folds throughout the book at the upper right and bottom right corners. The title page has spots and stains and page 23-5 has a fingerprint at the lower left edge. Page 2-19 has some underlining.
